How do I list a property?
Tap the center "+" button, complete owner verification (national ID or passport + proof of ownership), then create your listing. Your first listing is free; additional listings are paid via Whish Money.
How long does verification take?
Verifications are typically reviewed within 24 hours. You'll be notified in-app and by push notification once a decision is made. You can browse listings while you wait.
How do I contact a property owner?
Open any listing and tap "Message" to chat in-app. Some owners also enable WhatsApp and phone contact.
How do I pay for a listing?
After your free listing, additional listings are paid via Whish Money. Send the amount to the number shown in the app, include the reference code, and upload your confirmation screenshot. An admin confirms the payment, usually within 24 hours.
How do I report a listing or block a user?
Open any listing or user profile, tap the three-dot menu, and choose "Report" or "Block". Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can restore it by signing back in.
Refunds
All payments are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of AQARY management on a case-by-case basis. To request one, contact us on WhatsApp.
