End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AQARY governing your use of the AQARY mobile application (the "App"). This EULA is required by Apple App Store guidelines for applications that include user-generated content.

1. License Grant

AQARY grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to compliance with this EULA and the AQARY Terms of Service.

2. Zero-Tolerance for Objectionable Content

AQARY enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable user-generated content. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate removal of the content and possible permanent banning of the offending account:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any other protected category.
• Illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or sale of stolen property.
• Adult, sexual, violent, or gory content.
• Fake or misleading listings, including impersonation of legitimate property owners.
• Scams or attempts to defraud other users.
• Spam, advertising for unrelated products, or repeated unwanted contact.

3. Reporting and Moderation

Every listing, user profile, and chat thread includes a "Report" option reachable in two taps. Reported content is reviewed by AQARY moderators within 24 hours under normal conditions. AQARY reserves the right to remove content and ban accounts at its sole discretion to enforce this policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the messages you send, and any agreements you reach with other users. AQARY is not a party to any transaction and disclaims liability for user interactions, content, or transactions.

5. Disclaimer of Liability for User Interactions

AQARY does not screen users beyond the verification process and provides no guarantee about the conduct or trustworthiness of any user. Meetings, viewings, transactions, and contracts between users are conducted at your own risk. You agree to take reasonable precautions when interacting with strangers.

6. Apple's Required Disclosure

This EULA is concluded between you and AQARY only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. AQARY is solely responsible for product warranty claims, product liability claims, intellectual property infringement claims, and consumer protection compliance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce its terms.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. AQARY may terminate it at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any local copies.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic.
